I have no idea about Mexico, Central and South America. I have no doubt that the CIA does all kinds of nasty stuff throughout Latin America. Canada is a different story. You'd have to really show me proof of your statements that the U.S. government is actively pursuing a policy against Canada getting into a position whereby they could threaten the US. (Trump not withstanding). Up until recently, you didn't even need a passport to cross the boarder. Canada is also a nuclear power. Can you show how the U.S. tried to stop that? How many reactors did the U.S. target etc....... ? In what way has the U.S. targeted their military? How has the U.S. interfered with their elections?
