You say that like it's a bad thing. And Yes, there is a lot the U.S. does that I do not agree with but I have to wonder if you would wake up every morning in what you call freedom without it. Be careful of what you wish for you just might get it. There is certainly a faction within the U.S. that would agree with isolationism... and I can't rightly say at this point that is not the way to go. I am not sure that Trump personally isn't one of them. There isn't much he can do about Gaza or the Ukraine. He need the support of the people backing those wars. I fully admit I have no idea why people support the Ukraine. What's in it for them? Whether it is in your country or not, Gaza for many in the U.S. is a "holy war" . At least half of the American politicians are "true believers" and the ones that think it's a load of crap are not going to challenge both the Christians and the Jews. They are to powerful and completely unreasonable. "the supply of Kremlin gold must be running a bit thin" I am not so sure that the propaganda machine in any country including the U.S. isn't just a bunch of people in very small cubicles making close to minimum wage..... sort of like tech. support in India.
