My problem with theism is the destruction that it always brings.

My country is in the process of turning to White Christian Nationalism. It is very sad. We could have been a country that embraces all of it's citizens, that is not looking like it's going to happen. Instead, we have chosen repression over liberty, punishment over mercy, and hatred over kindness.

I am glad I am old, this is not the kind of country/world that I want to live in for long :(
