Just because I understand why it is happening does not mean I support it in any way. I have always maintained that this is a religious war.... all three sides are motivated to fight based on their religious beliefs. BTW, I posted here 10 years ago what Israel's plan was and that they were going to do exactly what they are doing...everyone argued with me and said it wouldn't happen.
