Even people "castrated" can have an erection. I read stories all the time of trans men popping out babies. The propaganda just doesn't match the reality.

Everything I have read about this indicates that loss of the ability to orgasm or reproduce is extremely rare.

I am sure if you read the warnings on your bottle of aspirin it says "death" is a possible side-effect... but how many people really die?
