That is easy.... the part that is learned is because he has been around a lot of show people as a young dancer and has seen how some of these divas behave and perhaps imitates the ones he admires.

Correct me if I am wrong because it seems to me by you comments that you are trying to place blame for this kids behavior on the parents etc....

What isn't learned is the "over the top-ness", the fatuousness. Kids like him often try to suppress this to fit in at school etc.... and fail miserably... they also tend to get bullied and their ass kicked a lot. How do you feel about that?
