So what is the intent here? To molest a minor by watching a nude video?

The fact is that firing a gun out of a window is an inherently dangerous act and to do so is to imply intent, or at least depraved indifference to, injuring another human being.

In the Azov case there seems no evidence of any implied intent to break a specific law. Now a prior conviction for child-molesting lowers that bar a bit, as many a precedent has indicated, but all in all I see this analogy to be utter bullshit in this context for someone who ordered what is in fact a video about boys who happen to be nude.
