Are you suggesting that without a prior bad act, a related conviction which would be inadmissible on its face at any rate, the DA can attach the intent of breaking a child protection law merely by supposition? I suspect we won't see any convictions on the Azov cases in the USA. They simply are not kP! But we will see many lives ruined. And that's not justice, dude, that's the government using the law to sustain tyranny.
