No, the Trump deal made no provision for any other government in Gaza in the immediate aftermath of the ceasefire. The technocratic government has yet to be established. I hope that Hamas will be disarmed in due course, but this will require further steps that have not so far materialised. Having committed a genocide, and still failed, by your own admission, to eliminate Hamas, it is not for Israel to inflict further horror on the Gazan population. Only a path leading to a democratic Palestinian state can secure lasting peace. Unfortunately there is little prospect of that from this agreement.
