You justify the genocide on the ground that Hamas attacked civilians, but conveniently ignore the fact that Israeli forces had already killed 205 Palestinians in the West Bank in the year prior to October 7, while settlers were responsible for nine more killings. Israel attacked the Jenin refugee camp with bombs and drones as well as the At Khalil Suleiman Hospital. These are all war crimes and attacks on civilians. The civilian death rate as a result of Israeli operations in Gaza in the years preceding Oct 7 has been even greater. And still the killing continues, despite the ceasefire: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ce8g9p0ppe0o If Israel is justified in killing Palestinian civilians in response to October 7, then Hamas is equally justified in killing Israeli civilians in response to the ongoing ethnic cleansing on the part of Israel. The alternative is that neither side if justified in targeting civilians. But to say that only one side is justified in committing war crimes is incoherent rubbish. "Why didn't the Palestinians demonstrated to the world, that they can live like modern people?" The question is, why don't the Israelis demonstrate to the world that they can live without committing ongoing acts of terrorism against the Palestinian civilian population on a daily basis?
