They minister to everything from new immigrants to prisoners to eating disorders and substance abuse and to people with huts, hang ups or habits relating to sexuality. Many people are not interested in a Christ centered program, so they would probably prefer a different program, but this is just one example of a program where thousands of people have discussed their issues with being minor attracted or attraction to child pornography and they get help, not social suicide as people shaking in fear in their mom's basements assume.
