It's not an online program and the site works perfectly well via tor.

It doesnt work on tor with maximum security setting

but this is just one example of a program where thousands of people have discussed their issues with being minor attracted or attraction to child pornography and they get help, not social suicide as people shaking in fear in their mom's basements assume.

Its a perfectly rational position to take, that its dangerous to let anyone who knows you , know that you are sexually attracted to children.

I am skeptical that how you describe the program is how it actually is.
