Did you know most of the monitoring and survelliance online (in the 2020s) is automated with AI software? The moment someone posts or uploads illegal content, the governments can detect it with AI software. The moment someone accesses/downloads illegal content, it is detected by AI software. It usually doesn't require real people to monitor illegal activities online. It is usually just automated software monitoring the Internet.

Surely, this must be obvious. Just wanted to let you know.
