The feds really don't have the manpower to monitor all the forums, chats and groups with live officers/agents.

Think about it...it's easier to back track someone's steps, if and when they are caught. Anyone could post saying I did/do __&____ to whomever...and get feds and *cough* closet weirdos salivating...but it would be a huge waste of resources for law to try to keep track of everything
