The continuous use of "non-offending" is, itself, pretty damned offensive, I must say. This is a back-handed way of denigrating we "offenders" to elevate their ever-so-much more lofty and virtuous missions. We've gone through that already with VIRPEDs, ages ago and we should be well-quit of it, by now. The technically correct term would be "non-law-breaking MAPs (or YAPs, see below) or some such.

I also don't like "minor-attracted" because "minor" is a term that gets to be defined by government to decide where legal age boundaries lie. It is arbitrarily defined and not by scholars of human sexuality and science, which is, after all, the realm which the MAPs are trying to occupy. I would suggest "youth-attracted" if either "boy-lover" or "girl-lover" seems inappropriate. "YAP's," if you will.
