He's trying on a persona. Kids, and especially gay kids, do this all the time. This is one of the reasons why gay men are over-represented in the theater and in acting, they've been rehearsing this role since they were kids. He will probably come to inhabit his affected persona after years of further refinement. These kids often know very early on that they are going to be fabulous and start rehearsing for it right away. He is absolutely responding to the culture that surrounds him, that surrounds all of us. So, it's not in a vacuum. He seeks out "ways to be" in the culture that appeal to him. He becomes an expert on pop culture and the myriad details of celebrity presentation. And he absolutely IS gay, make no mistake about that! I sucked my first dick at seven that belonged to another seven-year-old. I had never heard of it before, never seen it before nor ever heard about dick-sucking - it was just what I wanted to do and so I went for it. As far as I knew, I had just invented it. There is nothing unnatural about kids play acting, pretending or even playing with dicks. It's among the many things they do. One of things we have to respect in kids is letting them do and be whatever it is they want to do and to be. To stay out of their way and possibly help them when requested. |
