As long as the majority believes that sex between an adult and a child is wrong, it seems to me that it is only small progress to come up with (legal) measures that make having sex with and between children less objectionable. Sex is for adults, preferably in the bedroom and out of sight of children. As long as that remains the prevailing view, any relaxation will be nothing more than a cover-up.
We still live with an outdated image of what sex(uality) is.
For me it is therefore primary, secondary and radically important that the view of what sex is and what it is for must be radically adjusted. The tools to make adjustments are all there, we just have to grab them.
