Is it possible that something is harmful even if done voluntarily?

If porn disgusted her, she could simply not watch it. But she talks about it as if she was forced to watch it. Shame and negative taboos lead people to believe that viewing nudity and sex can cause harm.

There's no such thing as the right to watch porn

Children on average become capable of learning to walk at 18 months. No one is saying that their psyche is not ready, let's wait 5 years. This would be considered a developmental delay. Puberty begins on average at the age of 10; adolescents begin to experience erotic desires and fantasies, and realize them through masturbation or sexual experience with friends. Everyone knows this and for this reason, the age restriction for viewing pornography from 18 years of age is absurd. But Adults do not consider Sexual abstinence and a restriction on the manifestation of youth as a developmental delay. From a physiological point of view, this is a violation of the rights of young people to natural development, access to information and invasion of privacy. In other words, this is bigotry, ageism and juvenilophobia.
