The thing you don't get is for kids like him... he can't butch up or man up... his "gayness" is not a learned behavior to a large extent. It is innate.

For a kid like him, if I understand what you mean by the PINK THINK mafia... it is not a bad thing. With so many people communicating that it is not OK to be who he is, kids like him need to be proud of who they are. To many gay kids don't get that kind of positive reinforcement and end up killing themselves. So if they overcompensate and take it to far, deal with it!

It isn't easy being green.
