I could tell you stories of how actual practitioners and program administrators operate but I don't want to put any gray in your hair.

Still, what I said is true. You have to have something concrete to offer or you will simply be given a hand shake and a smile and be dismissed. You will never get passed the person in charge of public relations to even speak with the frontline staff.

However, they might let you speak to the staff if you provide lunch:) That's how the drug reps. do it. Gifts don't hurt either. I use to have this really cool Zyprexa coffee mug. I really miss that mug;)
