I'm re-posting this directly under the thread title (at this time) to address what may be initial concerns among new readers on the thread:

Don't confuse "addy" with e-mail address, as I meant addy as a person's registered BoyChat name - from the outset.

"Correct spelling and case is relevant – I need addy’s NOT names and NO personal information at this time, for our mutual safety. Your addy should be the subject, and the only content the two lists for question 1 and 2."

Why would I ask for the subject to be the same as the send from e-mail?

I'm not, I'm asking for the "addy" as in the registrants name, the e-mail is irrelevant.

This is an important distinction, because I could use a personal or 'relevant' e-mail to start looking into a person's online activities, which is not the objective of this social web.

Again, it is better to ask people whom they consider reputable than to ask people if they consider a specific person reputable should you want an honest answer (and one with a meaningful indication of effort). So, again, both questions are important and self supporting.

I've made it clear and I'll do for the third time, we DO want to compile a web of interaction among registrants, we DO want this to be from the registrants themselves since it will be more thorough and accurate than an online study of interaction written on BoyChat. The other reasons have been mentioned.

Once again, this does not compromise a person's safety since it is based on hearsay and has no legal implication; furthermore it is no more identifying of individuals than the information already online.

It is useful in essentially determining the statistical likelihood that people really are BoyLovers, since no one is a better long term judge of this than their like oriented peers. In establishing this we can safely send people public information which is not obvious, directing them to a place where they can participate in an emancipatory project, even though we won't know who they are or whether the sudden new 'involvee' is a Boylover (nor can we officially know for a long time).

Please participate safely, and remember that you won't be compromising a person, whatever people may say here, though you will open the possibility of helping him, if you take initiative and engage with Hope on his behalf.

Kind Regards,
Amicus - or friend
