BTW....the ancient Sumerians and Egyptians were brewing beer long before Germanic tribes started scribbling cave drawings.....

First of all, it is spelled "Bier", with a capital B and it's for me, therefore with an "i". If those old guys had invented Bier, it would have gotten a different name, but Germans created the famous Bier-law: water, malt, hops (, and yeast) - nothing else. If there is something else in it, then it aint Bier.

Those Americans, trying to imitate Europe...
