No, I'm sorry, that is not what the study says. Its conclusions concern ethnic categories. It neither defines a "native" Briton (which you seem to take as synonymous with an English person!), nor draws any conclusions in this regard. How far back must a Briton have ancestors who lived in Britain in order to be considered a "native"? What if a person has one parent with European ancestry, and one with non-European ancestry (as in my own case)? Am I a "native"? Please do enlighten me as to whether I 'belong' in my own country.
