As for Europe, Muslims in Europe are under European laws, "social death" or not.

Yeah, that should be the case. But they are not. Imans in Mosque establish their own Sharia laws and those are followed. That is what "parallel societies" are about. The most prominent are "equal rights for women" and "acceptable food".
