Nor, as I indicated in the OP, do I expect that a Trump/Vance administration (or a Vance/Ramaswamy administration that might follow it) would do much for our plight; if they saw political mileage, they'd surely go after the "peds" although perhaps not with the same zealotry that Kamela Harris displayed as a prosecutor in California. But almost anything would be an improvement on what we've got -- an administration that has taken the world to the brink of nuclear war and which has waged the "war on boys" in any way it can. There would be no Rachel Levines in a Trump/Vance administration pushing puberty blockers on confused boys being told that because they like books and music that they're probably girls. SR
