Yes, but thats nothing to do with truth, necessarily. If you think about unicorns, then yes, the truth is that you had a thought about unicorns,thats an objective truth, but it doesnt mean that unicorns exist, or that your thoughts are congruent with reality.

thoughts and emotions are not personal truth.
