I learned that a long time ago while working with the AG's office on Civil Court Trials.

If it only takes one juror to shit-can the whole thing then there is little chance of conviction, IMO.

It's still way to early to call the election because Biden has an immense war chest and Lord knows what kind of political commercials are coming our way.

And for the first time in my personal history, I do not plan to watch the debates. Just too painful.
