Why exactly do you care if he comes here to complain? You've been doing the exact same thing for, what, twenty years? At some point it stops being a personality trait and just becomes your entire identity. The funniest part is that you said: "I'll just point out, you came here to visit and left nothing positive, nothing new, and frankly nothing worth responding to... funny that, so the question is why did you comment at all? Cause you want others to feel your despair." That might be the single best description of your own contributions to this forum I've ever read. You accidentally summed up something like two decades of your posting history in one paragraph. Have you noticed that fewer and fewer people even bother responding to you anymore? There is a reason for that. Everyone already knows exactly what they're going to get. The same recycled opinions. The same canned responses. The same tired arguments you've been copy-pasting in one form or another for the last twenty years. It isn't even about whether you're right or wrong anymore. It's that you haven't had an original thought on this subject in years, yet you still act like you're dropping profound insights every time you hit "Post." You're just repeating yourself over and over while pretending everyone else is the problem. So before you start lecturing other people about bringing nothing new to the discussion, try looking in the mirror. You're criticizing someone else for doing exactly what you've made your entire reputation here doing. |
