I really want him to move on You dont get to say whether he moves on. He has just been rejected by someone who supposedly loved him and was close with him, and hes supposed to just shrug and move on? From what you have said, hes likely going to need years of therapy, not just from this, but from his family situation. I protected him, I laughed with him, I took him places, I picked him up from nursery for a really long time. And then you brutally ditched him. For me the onset of puberty just made me become distant from him. No it didnt. Nothing made you do anything. You have agency. You chose to do this |
