I've long thought Druidry aligned well with us; what with them taking a boy out into the wild for years, once he reached...10, was it? A little old for my ideal starting point, but definitely in the AOA. ;p Some have written about not being around women much and only men and boys together, not sexually (I don't think?) because it robs a man of his purity or some such thing. I'm sure that is absolutely not what modern practitioners believe, since everything gets corrupted. Perhaps it wasn't ever true, but I have read about it, and loved the idea.

Little guy in a green robe, washing it in the creek when it got dirty, little herb pouch and a sickle hanging off his hip - that's just lovely.
