Get rid of crap jobs?

No more farmers (shit work in the hot sun all day), no more electric plant workers (shitty, dangerous work), no more public water or sewer (who wants to work around sewage?), no retail stores or goods on the shelves (retail work is mind-numbing), no Amazon (worst warehouse job on the planet). Hmmm. Not sure what kind of society that leaves us.
