Some of what you say is simply based on misunderstanding of what I wrote, even though I supposed that I took some pains to make my meaning clear. But in any case I am not willing to debate the matter with you more broadly. You approach this from the basis of an unshakeable abstract and a priori ideology against anyone getting anything for free. The values of capitalism and the work ethic are imbibed by yanks with their mother's milk, and further debate would, I believe, generate more hot air than light.
