Touching...Wrestling...Photos...Legal? Yes﹠No...

I've posted about this before, but it's important. I wish TOC would do a blog post on this, or maybe he has already?

Touching, wrestling, taking photos of boys all are legal. Unless they are not.

So how do you know if doing those things with a boy are legal? It all depends on what you're thinking as you do those things.

Is is all "innocent fun" like a parent or other adult with a close family member? Can you prove that? Then it's legal.

But if you're a BoyLover, especially if the boy is not a close member of your family, then the question becomes: Do you find the boy "sexually attractive" when you do those things?

Then it is NOT legal.

Imagine the following scenario:
"Sir, we're investigating a possible felony. So please put this small thing around your penis, so we can measure your state of arousal while you wrestle with this boy. Ah! there was a 20% engorgement of your penis for 17 seconds while you wrestled with the boy! Sir, you are under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law..."
So it is not what you DO that is illegal, it is what you are THINKING ABOUT as you do something that makes it illegal.

What could be more crazy than that?

Well, they don't usually do penile plethysmography (putting that thing around your dick) to know if they can arrest you for having broken the law.

Instead, they trick you into incriminating yourself.

"But self-incrimination is prohibited by the constitution!" you say.

Well, if you waive your right to not incriminate yourself, by agreeing to be "interviewed" by LEO, then, well, you've given THEM the right to trick you into saying something that they can then twist around to appear to mean that you thought the boy you touched, or wrestled with, or whatever, was "sexy". Remember, they can legally lie to you, but you cannot legally lie to them!

How can they trick you? They can ask things like, "The boy you touched is hot/sexy/cute/attractive isn't he?"

If you say, "Well, I suppose so," or "Yeah, a little," or "Sure" then in court the prosecutor will say to the judge and jury, "The defendant admitted to finding the boy sexually attractive, therefore his touching the boy was a violation of section blah, blah, blah of the criminal code.

When you say, "Yeah, he's cute" that is a confession. And they've got it on tape. And you can't deny it.

So you are automatically guilty. Slam, bam, off to jail you go!

But usually it won't get to the point of an actual trial. The prosecutor will offer you some kind of plea deal that you plead guilty to before the actual trial begins, to some lesser charge, or to a charge that won't require you to register as a "sex offender". And your lawyer, no matter how brilliant he is, will most likely tell you to take the deal.

Because you are guilty as charged under the law, by your own admission, and you have no possibility of defending yourself.

So, DON'T TALK TO THE COPS! EVER!

The curious thing is that studies have shown that up to 25% or more of men respond positively to nekkid pics of "minors" and their dicks engorge (swell up) at least a little when they look at the pictures.

And none of them know about how they can get tricked into incriminating themselves, so they are at "high risk" of being arrested if they get involved in any physical contact with a minor that results in an investigation.

Well, now YOU know. So don't let it happen to you! Because touching a boy, wrestling with a boy, taking photos of a boy, are they legal? The correct answer is "Yes & No..."

Or do you have a different opinion on the subject?

M.
See, with your "confession," they don't need the boy to testify on the witness stand in court, which might go poorly if the boy denies everything. Which he is more likely to do if you have prepared him first -- "hardened him" -- before he ever is "interviewed" by the cops. Which is a damned good idea, if you ever, for any reason, are in the position where you could or have touched a boy, sexually or non-sexually. So the question becomes, what are the best ways to prepare the boys you know so they don't unknowingly end up getting you sent to prison, whether or not there was any sexual activity? Remember, "The Life You Save May Be Your Own!" Not to mention how the cops will destroy the boys' lives, too...
