When I was a kid, I went through a pottery phase where I threw pots on wheels and created coiled flights of fancy that I fired myself in our school's kiln.

I don't see myself ever doing that again but I would love to see someone re-create Attic vases, skyphos, plates, lamps, etc. - red or black-figure, depicting, especially, boys.

I think contemporary re-interpretations of these objects and subjects would be exciting, as well.
