I'm not going to give much of a "spoiler" but the movie DOES paint BoyLovers as monsters, and the end is monstrous, to say the least! NOT a "happy movie" and I would not personally recommend it to anyone. But thanks, anyway, for the recommendation. Most people these days (including BoyLovers themselves!) accept the movie as a "true-to-life" depiction of man/boy relationships. Which it is NOT! M. But a REAL depiction in a film of normal man/boy relationships, including sexual interactions, would be very boring, and not make a good movie at all! Just a lot of fun times together, smiles, cuddling, jacking off, cock-sucking (of the boy by the man) and many happy remembrances. Until, of course, the "therapists" [="the-rapists"] get hold and "reconceptualize" the relationship. Then the boy becomes a "victim" and can sue for civil damages. Very lucrative business, and the lawyers always take the cases on a "contingency" basis -- they take 50% of the boy's "winnings". As Shakespeare once said (paraphrased) "First let's kill all the lawyers"... |
