Aside from the obvious, "Don't touch a boy" advice, could you give any tips about how to avoid legal problems with boys in Japan?

Japanese didn't used to care about young boys being diddled -- this is a new thing. Thanks to Uncle Sam... Those bastards are screwing things up everywhere.

So, can you give any details, for informational purposes only, about the current situation and what to avoid/be most careful about?
