Is internalization a choice? I see internalization as the side effect of a failing society. I've always for as long as I've been aware of the idea (not very long considering my age among other factors) seen internalization as a natrual part of humanity. Its why so many gay people go through a homophobic phase at some point including myself. Its also why i used to rant about liberal political pedophiles and R. kelly.
