Or, under "natural" law, do boys themselves have the intrinsic, sole, and exclusive right to choose how and with whom to explore, experiment, and enjoy their own sexuality, with older males becoming involved only at a boy's specific behest?

People are social and therefore their relationships are built on social interaction. People do not have feathers and ritual dances to attract attention, so people express emotions verbally and tactilely. Based on this, flirting is natural and normal for people. This is most often a test of personal boundaries, and if the other party objects, then the situation is resolved on the spot. And no one should interfere as long as there is no violence and physical attack. However, some social warriors suddenly decided that this is something bad, they call it “harassment” and believe that for some reason it should be punished in a special way. Moreover, they went further, now not only “flirting” is considered “harassment,” but also the word “grooming” has become a negative name for any manifestation of sympathy and friendly behavior.

An example of natural modern interaction was the Omegle website. Random connection to random people of any age. Which equally had the choice to communicate or reset the connection. The participants were only required not to disclose personal information. If you don't like the person you're talking to or their behavior, you just break the connection. But pedohysteria led to the closure of the site.

The task of the MAP community is to convey to people the simple truth that, according to "natural law", minors are the same people, with erotic fantasies and desires, and puberty begins at age 10 and limit +18 is unnatural and absurd.
