Making the border between male and female more porous does not mean neutering or making them ersatz girls. But it does. A mature masculinity requires the company of men as a group; it requires exclusion of the female not just bodily but spiritually and socially. And if trans can really take over, wouldn't that be evidence that the theory of biological determinism is false? It might be, but I would interpret it as a sign that masculinity has so lost its place that boys really don't know what they're supposed to be, so they go hunting for something. The trans option is especially encouraged these days for precisely the purpose of destroying the old sexual order and effectively neutering the masculine. ...masculinity will survive the extinction of patriarchy. Our civilization, though, will not survive the extinction of (whatever is left of) patriarchy. Everything good and bad, male and female, will go with it. |
