Hello Mr. McPhail, as you know, humanity learns more and more in the course of history that all human beings have certain human rights. The core of our matter is now this: Everyone (!) has a human right to sexual self-determination and sexual freedom. Two 13- and 14-year-olds have the human right to love each other and engage in sexual acts together. This love and sexuality are just as valuable as any other love and sexuality. Your love and sexuality is no more valuable than the love and sexuality of these two "minors", you can only imagine that. To have the sexuality of these two "minors" prosecuted with the law and with the police is sheer madness that will stunn future generations. The same also applies to other age constellations, for example for love and sexuality between two 12- and 17-year-olds or between two 12- and 30-year-olds. Think about your ancestors over the past 2,000 years. These ancestors very likely beat children, beat women, persecuted homosexuals, bullied unbelievers, murdered people in insane wars, and so on. And these ancestors believed it was all right. Humanity is prone to madness. You are part of this madness and now pursue the voluntary sexuality of "minors" with other people. This is sheer madness and a crime. Your descendants will see this madness crystal clear, just as you now see the madness of your ancestors. You are probably justifying your madness with the assumption that voluntary (!) sexual acts by “minors” would be dangerous for “minors”. But they are not. There are no scientific studies to support this assumption. In order to prove negative consequences of voluntary (!) actions one would have to control the relevant confounding variables. The "Adverse Childhood Experiences" you are sure to be familiar with are relevant confounding variables. But there is not a single study that controls the “Adverse Childhood Experiences” and then shows a connection between voluntary (!) sexual acts of “minors” with other people and later impairments of the former “minors”. The sexuality of “minors” is totally normal. Bruce Rind's meta-analysis did not examine the consequences of voluntary sexual acts, but rather the consequences of forced acts and the consequences of jointly recorded voluntary and forced acts. Right now, countless people around the world are in jail for voluntary sexual contact and suffering. These people are normal. The distorted people are people like you who have those people thrown into jail for love. Love is no crime. Never. And love has no age. All the best Filip |
