Maybe there is no correct AoC? No absolute truth? Yes.

As the age in such laws goes down, more harm will occur; as the age in such laws goes up, less harm occur. Each culture can set its dividing line based on their own tolerances one way or the other. I am no arbiter of where this line ought to be set and I am bound to live within the laws of where I am located. And AoC laws are laws I have no interest in advocating for change.
