So instead we should spend our lives being infuriated? Feed and drown our anger with drugs and alcohol? Become so cynical at the world that we start believing anti-establishment crazies like Alex Jones and Qanon just because they are anti-establishment?

If you want to keep your wits about you first have to get your emotions under control. You think your mind is so logical that emotions, stress, and trauma will not make you logically conclude that MI6 has bugged your phone and is out to get you for your unorthodox ideology?

Please! Even the toughest nuts crack. And the ones that crack the easiest are the ones saying they will not.
