This is driving me nuts.

Or should I say it's driving me....insane. I have been sitting in my living room staring at the floor lost in thought, trying to remember a scene with a cute boy in it. I will remember tiny little scenes with cute boys in them for years and years, even when it's maybe 15 seconds of the entire movie, completely unrelated to the plot. Then I will want to see it again and have to track it down. Usually, it comes to me quickly. Not this time. I just watched the interesting movie Cloud Atlas, which I thought had the part I was remembering from years ago, and found that it is NOT. Upon this realization as the credits rolled I am thinking...fuck...this is going to bother me now. So far I have only been able to pull a handful of clues from my memory (that may or may not be accurate). The first is that I remember it being another odd movie. It is similar to the, shall I say, style, of Cloud Atlas. Secondly, I believe the name had 3 parts to the movie title, like "Crazy, Stupid, Love" or "The Lion, The Witch, The Wardrobe". Thirdly, when I watched this movie it was around 2012 or 2013, and I am confident it was a fairly recent release (within a few years or even the same year). So far I have looked through the lists of movies released from 2011-2014 looking for titles with 3 words like described above. Alas, the search was in vain. Fourthly, I have some confidence "train" is in the title or has an important scene about a train in there. It's not Planes, Trains and Automobiles though! Fifthly, I know there is a leading white male role, but his face is still a blur. I thought at first it was Tom Hanks, or maybe Mathew McConaughey (it's not Interstellar), but I think that is a dead trail. Lastly, I believe this movie took place at different time periods throughout the movie, which is why I thought it was Cloud Atlas when I watched it. I also believe it was a quite long movie, close to 3 hours. One of those movies you get cozy on the couch for. Towards the end of the movie was just a cute boy (leading actor's son in the movie) about 10-11 years old in only a shirt and undies with adorable, long skinny legs. While I want to see that scene again, now this is turning into a mission to either have my memory come through for me or able to track it down with the few details first. Oy vey, this will be a bugger!
