Is deny deny deny the best approAch with the lawyer, or if someone is guilty should they tell the lawyer their secret?

Do you think a lawyer would be mad or refuse to help if someone admits to 100 boy fuckings? To me the fact it happened a lot of times,if it did, seems to suggest maybe it wasn't rape, but I'm no lawyer.
