Rumor has it he snapchatted with an underage fan. The community doesn't know if its time to cancel him or not. Everyone is waiting for details on what he did. Seems like every talking head is saying, "I love the guy, but if he would do that with a child he should get a lifetime ban, first offense, no question, you're dead to me." No one is even considering that "guilty" people are not 100% trash just because they did one bad act. To me if you would cancel even the biggest stars on the platform, instantly with just an allegation of something sexual with minors and the whole world seems fine to just accept that, well as long as we have these non-person categories we can shove someone into, no one is safe from being dehumanized. Anyone can lose their humanity if you distilled their whole life to one situation. Even if dr. Disrespect was a canabal, it should be the getting arrested for canabalism that silences him. Not that I approve of canabalism. I'm vegetarian when it comes to humans. And by the way, why not let prisoners have phones? Ipads even. They have suffered enough under this harsh regime. Let them play Fortnite. They will be trash mobile players, but at least they will have a voice to expose whats being done to them by the government. |
