I Liked Doll Houses...

I had a fascination with doll houses as a boy...not so much the cheap ones, but they made some amazingly detailed, well built ones back in the eighties...places like Hobby Hub... I am too horrified by the pretty aggressive activists who are "instructing the ignorant masses". The top of it is her statement that using the wrong pronoun is an act of violence - which is pretty far fetched. There is this assumption that i am deliberately nasty if i just use the normal pronouns. I see it as a syndrome of "special snowflake". Yes...This is what I mean, when I talk about this type of behavior making a mountain out of a mole hill... What so many of these self identified "outsiders" need to realize...is that when we venture out into the public, order and peace depends upon us affording common sense civility to each other... ...Attributing "violence" to people who are not violent, and going on to treat them as if they were "a problem"...is not common sense civility... ...It's incredibly antisocial, abusive and counter productive. Ultimately...I don't know who appointed such people, to arbitrarily change [or even debase] our social lexicon. ...I'd at least be a little bit warmer towards the initiative, if it wasn't so convoluted...People want me to call them "he" or "she"?...fine...They want a different pronoun for a third option?...okay, I'm down with that...They want hundreds of them?...seriously?...That's just getting crazy...and rudely imposing their crazy, on other people. ...It's pronoun anarchy, for no good reason...except to stroke a whole lot of people's egos.
