What languages do you speak?

That's definitely important. I don't see a point of moving someplace where you can't speak the language.

Spanish would probably be easiest to learn and if you are from the states then there are plenty of people who can speak Spanish fluently who you can learn from. Asian countries have languages very different from English, so that would be much more challenging.

Right now I'm using a program called "Tell Me More" to learn Spanish which cost about 500 dollars but I got a deal on it for half price. It's alright, so far it seems to be accurate with the pronunciations and everything but it's more memory oriented and it doesn't explain things as well as I would like. For instance it would use tĂș and usted for "you" without explaining the difference. One is informal and used for friends, and the other is formal and used to show respect; but it didn't explain that in the program, I had to look it up myself.
