While the criminal and civl are clearly independent, legally, it would be nice to see some limitation of wards to those not willing to step up and convict the one's from whom the ultimate damages are being exacted.

Here, PSU, its foundations, and insurers are certain to take a financial bath. I hoep some finding can occur so that victims that were too ashamed or fearful or emotionally conflicted to participate in the conviction can still get access to therapeutically-directed support. Despite the collective strength of the combined "gold-digger accusing"cadre here at bC the very real fact about childhood sexual abuse is how long it can take to come out.

It took me well over thirty years, and not to claim a pice of a recent lawsuit vut simply to set myself straight with my own personal expectations of how to live a purpose filled life!
