heh. I think the more likely scenario would be that the prosecution figured they had enough witnesses already so any further digging wasn't worth the effort. Of course if someone had come forward from the 80s or earlier 90s then it would have only been icing on their cake. After the guilty verdict (we know Sandusky is doomed) I'm sure there will be old men with walkers and oxygen tanks making claims in a lawsuit.
