Four year olds.... are often uninhibited.

There is not nearly enough information to determine much of anything. However, if the man was hurting her in an obvious way, they would have mentioned it, you all know it.

I know some four year old girls, what would... have loads of fun if I attempted to "tickle" them down there. I don't for obvious legal reasons, however I am willing to bet (barring more information) that this man was not harming or hurting her.

She was described as "ok, besides the obvious mental trauma" of the incident, Harmon said.

The tickling was ok, she probably thought it felt good. Arguable maybe a bit confused because no one tried to touch her that way, but probably more curious than anything.

Then her dad beat a man she liked to death in front of her eyes.

That is more traumatizing than any vaginal tickling.

Yet our society seems to think not.
